  • Step 2: The Vote (You agenda, we advise) Changing your property manager must be an official item on the agenda of the General Meeting. We provide you with the correct texts and documents, ensuring the vote is legally valid by an absolute majority (50% + 1).

  • Step 4: The Audit & Kick-off (The new start)
