Your building, our concern
Property managers Housing Beheer and Beheer merged and are now working together under the name Gerantis Brabo. From the C-Hive building in Antwerp, we serve more than 350 co-owners’ associations in the region between Boom and Sint-Niklaas.
The Gerantis Brabo team, which boasts about 30 employees, is a mix of young starters and property managers with over 15 years of experience. Employees learn from each other and receive additional training in technical, financial and administrative management.
At Gerantis Brabo, we focus on property management activities. For real estate enquiries, we refer customers to Ifac Service. For landlords looking for a steward, we work with Gerantis Rent Connect.
At Gerantis Brabo, we mainly manage residential real estate or properties with residential and commercial functions. In that case, it’s very important to reconcile the needs of the residents with those of the shopkeepers or restaurant/café managers in the building. Without a professional manager, this is often difficult.
“We have lots of experience in managing apartment buildings. For example, we manage the famous ‘new towers’ on the Kattendijk dock in Antwerp. We also manage smaller apartment buildings, where we have gained the trust of the co-owners’ association for decades - in one building for 40 years!”
