The former Mar’immo – BelAir has merged its property management department with Gerantis under the name ‘Mar’immo Syndicus’. Covering an area stretching from Ostend, Bredene, and Middelkerke to Gistel, Jabbeke, and even Eernegem, our experience spans technical, legal, and financial aspects.
With buildings that have been under our management for 15 to 20 years, we have built up a relationship of trust with many co-owners.
